In assessing a property suitable for flipping, you need to know a lot about the locality and the desirability of a property, just like you would for buying any type of property. You would need to look at its location, transport links and schools in the area and even local shops. Another thing to look in to is if there any potential planning issues that could reduce the value of the house or are there any upcoming developments that could improve the value of the house. You would need to fully do your research to make a success of flipping, otherwise you could end up loosing a lot of your investment.
