How Does It Work?
It’s exciting to have a project to work on, and if you want to be considered for support, you just need to call our sales team. We can talk through the merits, risks, and costs of your project. If the project all stacks up, we can fund your project. We will agree to a Joint Venture Agreement with you and your legal team. Not only that, but we’ll take a first charge security over the property itself. When it comes to a sale or a future refinancing, you’ll then pay us the agreed profit share
